MOS specializes in outsourced print production and distribution for International Direct Marketers and Advertisers, revolutionizing the delivery of mails by combining high-end technology with manual labor for substantial cost reductions.
With a deep understanding of the Indian marketplace, Mehul strives to position MOS as a world-class Print Management and Services company. An avid cricket fan and a Mumbai University graduate, Mehul's career journey includes senior positions at Procter & Gamble India Ltd, Modi Xerox Ltd, Real Value Appliances Ltd, and Atlaz Telecommunications Ltd, where he served as Vice President (Sales & Marketing). Known for his client-centric approach, solution-oriented mindset, and leadership skills, Mehul actively engages in deal-making and conducts training sessions for staff and vendors.
As a Trustee of Animedh Charitable Trust (ACT), run by his wife, and Board Member of Bombay Master Printer’s Association (BMPA), Mehul contributes significantly to social and industry initiatives. His roles in the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) underscore his standing as a thought leader, with a track record of speaking at various industry events and seminars.

Dharti Arvind Desai, a dedicated entrepreneur and co-founder of Mail Order Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., is a visionary in the direct marketing industry. Since 1997, she has strategically positioned her company at the forefront of India's direct marketing landscape, pioneering innovative approaches in a country on the cusp of the outsourcing boom. Dharti's leadership has been instrumental in navigating local nuances, integrating direct marketing consulting, and syndicating bank cards.
A respected speaker at Direct Marketing Association (DMA) conventions in the USA, Dharti authored the “DM in India Guidebook” co-sponsored by DMA. Actively engaged in global networks, she is a member of DMA, USA, International Council of DMA, Direct Marketing Ideas Club of NY, Asian Women in Business, NY, and a charter member of TIE, NY. Recognized as one of the top ten Women of Wine in India, Dharti, along with her brother and sister-in-law, established Animedh Charitable Trust (ACT) in 2012, providing financial support and social services to women and children in need across Mumbai.
Fluent in English, French, Hindi, and Gujarati, Dharti's global business experience spans over 20 countries. Dharti is fluent in English, French, Hindi and Gujarati. She lives in NY, is a single mother to a 25-year-old daughter and has done business in over 20 countries all over the world. Dharti is currently a Board Member - TiE global board of trustees mentoring women entrepreneurs (All India Road Show for Women’s Economic Empowerment through Entrepreneurship) - TiE Global program funded by the US Mission to India.

Prithviraj Desai is the son of Mehul A. Desai and the nephew of Dharti Desai. He has studied in India and in the USA, and is an electronics and telecommunications engineer by qualification. After graduation, Prithviraj spent two years in the publication industry, which allowed him the much-needed corporate exposure, after which he joined the family business. Because of his technical background and his ability to learn quickly, he offers a completely new line of thinking to the MOS think tank. Along with a fresh perspective, he brings with him an innate sense of "people management" and an ability to adapt to international and domestic work cultures.
He travels extensively all over Europe and North America to bring back innovation and vision to the Regency Group's next spurt of growth. This young man is an avid cricketer, loves to read books, and enjoys going for jogs in the park. A practitioner of Judo in the past, Prithviraj has a special interest in various martial arts. He is currently pursuing a post graduate degree from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
At MOS, Prithvi heads an enthusiastic and experienced team of print professionals. With state-of- the-art machinery and a customer-driven printing facility, MOS has grown from a speck in the industry into a reliable enterprise to provide one-stop solutions to all pre-press, printing and post- press requirements to their domestic & international clients.
Apart from being the Director at MOS, Prithviraj also active member of StB committee (Share to Benefit) under the Bombay Master Printers’ Association in 2007 primarily to address the challenges faced by print converters. This committee consists of a group of print converters of varying scales and sizes who service different verticals and product mixes and meet regularly with an agenda to share their knowledge and experiences selflessly with one another in print fraternity.

Jayshri Gohil is an intrinsic part of MOS and as Sr. Manager Director’s Office, she provides very high level of support to the Directors’ & Senior team of MOS. The complete research and administration support for a new client is handled by Jayshri. She also co-ordinates activities of various departments to ensure timely & accurate information flow within the organisation and to the clients.
She also assists the Directors of the group in planning, organising, scheduling of all their work & events. Her hard work, sincerity and dedication have come to become a force majeure in the group and she continues to provide leadership and guidance to new recruits and other team members.
