MOS can provide all services required for a DM Campaign or for normal print production job. Concept Development, Copywriting, Content Enhancement, Creative & Designing, Value Enhancement, Pre-press, Print Production, Customisation/Personalisation, Digital Printing Solutions, Logistics, Mailing & Dispatch.

The biggest reason is the Cost savings. Due to lower cost the break even points for a DM campaign becomes lower, leading to better chances of a profitable campaign. India is a highly computer literate & English speaking country, which facilitates business discussions with foreign clients. India has kept pace with changes in printing technology & is able to offer to clients what they require.

To set up a standard price list is not very feasible since the pricing is always calculated on the basis of mail piece size, quantity, weight per piece, mailing into etc. These aspects determine the exact & accurate price. Usually when client is interested to outsource services from MOS, we would normally request client to send us samples of printing material for quote request. In case if it's a new creative and if they do not have samples from previous print runs then they could also e-mail us a PDF of the creative which would help us to understand the specs better. Once client confirms the above we send out the complete Printing & Postage price.

Yes, Glue dummy or mock up will be always helpful, as it will help us to understand the job and will also improve delivery and turn orund time.

Once we receive the artwork we make the low resolution PDF files and e-mail it to clients for pre-press approvals. As soon as we receive the pre-press approval offset stationery is printed. Once the offset stationery is printed we will send you the PDF's of laser samples with actual data for approval. After receiving the final laser approval we will start final laser printing.

You can send us the artwork on disk or upload it on our SFTP. We will create the SFTP and will send you the details once the pricing is approved.

Actual printed sample will always be preferred, as it will give us complete idea regarding the paper quality, thickness, size, colours etc. However you can also e-mail us PDF's and mention the paper specs and quantity.

We have Inkjet Ricoh InfoPrint 5000 GP, Heidelberg machines for offset printing & for monochrome variable data printing (personalization) we have Xerox Nuvera 288, Xerox Nuvera 314, OCE VarioPrint 6320, Canon ImagePress 1135 monochrome, Ricoh Pro 8120S production machines. Lasering approvals are sent through e-mails in PDF format. Corrections if any, are corrected & sent back again for approval.

Yes, we can print spot colours (Pantone shades). We prefer the files in process colours, but if the job requires special spot colours, then we can fulfill the same.

We air freight all the shipments from Mumbai. We have daily flights operating from Mumbai to Switzerland, Amsterdam, Singapore, UK, US & all over Europe.

In the case of Switzerland, there are daily flights operating from Mumbai to Zurich. The shipment reaches Zurich early morning. It gets customs cleared the same day & the shipment reaches the Asendia Mail Distribution Centre the same day. Asendia receives the shipment & the mailings get injected into the system the same day or next day.

We do have our own Royal Mail approved permit number. We are an accredited Lettershop for Royal Mail for their Mailsort services.

We have direct tie-ups with Asendia, Royal Mail, DHL Global Mail, La Poste, Belgium Post, USPS etc & can offer any of these mailing options to our clients.

The mails are all sorted as per the postal regulations of respective posts. In case of UK, the mails are all sorted as per the Royal Mail specifications. We are an accredited Lettershop for Royal Mail with Match –IT software for postal presorts of High sort and Low sort . For the US, we have the proprietary software of Satori Bulk Mailer Professional.

We have direct entry mailings into most European countries & USA through USPS, DHL Global mail, La Poste, Belgium Post, Asendia. We have direct entry into UK through Royal Mail. Also we are registered bulk mailer with India Post for direct entry into Japan & world.
