
Mehul A. Desai is the driving force of Mail Order Solutions
India Pvt Ltd (MOS). His vision and focus have led the company to establish standards and business models that have proven exemplary for a small set up to grow exponentially in
a short span. A Sales & Marketing veteran, his journey to set up a business venture of his own took wings in 1997 with sister and partner Dharti Desai.
MOS specialises
in outsourced Print production and Distribution for International Direct Marketers and Advertisers. To put it simply, delivery of mails from the printer to the customer's door
step was an unheard of concept which made the Company an industry leader by implementing and combining high end technology as well as manual labour which offered clients a great
cost reduction. With his in depth knowledge of the Indian marketplace Mehul has been instrumental in defining the company's relationship with its clients in India and abroad.
One of his goals is to position MOS as a world-class Print Management and Services company and to provide unmatched support and service to the company's constituents,
including business operations and the executive management team. With Mehul's tenacity, today MOS has a plush all-encompassing print production facility which houses the latest
in technology, processes and aims to stay ahead to leverage the fast evolving technology.
An avid cricket fan and graduate from Mumbai University, Mehul started his
career as a Sales Executive at Procter & Gamble India Ltd. and rose to senior positions in companies like Modi Xerox Ltd, Real Value Appliances Ltd, and Atlaz Telecommunications
Ltd. Mehul was Vice President (Sales & Marketing) with Atlaz. Mehul's forte has been his skill to “sell a refrigerator to an Eskimo" along with his ability to lead people and
he uses that talent now to hone in deals, conducting training sessions with his staff & vendors.
Mehul is the past President & current managing committee member of
Bombay Master Printer's Association (BMPA), is a Governing Council Member of All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) and has been a speaker at various Industry events
and seminars.

Dharti Arvind Desai is a compulsive entrepreneur. She
is the founder of FineWinesnMore India - FWM (
www.finewinesnmore.com). Dharti has been instrumental in conceptualizing,
researching and setting up a strategic communications platform for FWM. FWM is as an educational, communications and interactive platform for wine consumers from all walks of
life, be it a novice or a connoisseur. FWM leverages Dharti's 25+ years of valuable experience in direct marketing in the USA and India.
Dharti, along with her brother
- Mehul A. Desai, is also the founder of Mail Order Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a state of the art print production company both located in Mumbai, India.
Dharti saw
the potential India had to offer much before the outsourcing boom and established a pioneering position for herself and the company in direct marketing in India and significantly
heightened the company's prominence within the industry since 1997.
She has been the key architect in setting the overall strategic direction of all her companies, patiently
awakening a country to the hitherto unknown direct marketing space, working with the local nuances of the country and facilitating the integration of direct marketing consulting
and bank card syndication.
With the help of her direct marketing companies she researched on the concept and strategy for FWM for over 2 years before starting the
company in January of 2007. She coined the name FineWinesnMore and has managed to make her new enterprise an industry leader in innovation, credibility, and education for wine
consumers in India. After ten years, thanks to Dharti's vision and push for innovation and creativity, brand FWM has managed very good equity in India and now Dharti has setup
FWM's first wine retail venture, a unique and the only one of its kind concept in India. FWM has over 25,000 satisfied wine consumers in the major metros of India, thanks to FWM
Direct - a first of its kind direct to consumer wine marketing program. FWM is an exclusive wine partner to American Express’ Platinum and Centurion (Black card) members.
Dharti has been invited as a speaker to conventions of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), USA and is the author of "DM in India Guidebook" (
www.rdmipl.com) co-sponsored by the DMA, USA. She is a member of the DMA, USA, International Council of the DMA, the Direct Marketing Ideas Club of NY and
also of Asian Women in Business, NY. She is also a charter member of TIE, NY (www.ny.tie.org). Two years in a row she has been featured as one of the top ten Women of Wine in
India by the Indian Wine Academy. Dharti, along with her brother and sister in law, set up a not for profit family trust in India in 2012 called Animedh Charitable Trust - ACT
(
www.animedhtrust.org). The Objectives of ACT are to provide financial support and social services to needy women as well
as children in India. ACT has 9 centres in Mumbai, India.
Dharti is fluent in English, French, Hindi and Gujarati. She lives in NY, is a single mother to an 18 year
old daughter and has done business in over 20 countries all over the world. Her ability to network and adapt to new cultures quickly have earned her tremendous goodwill in the
wine industry in India and in over 8 wine producing wine regions of the world.

Prithviraj Desai is the son of Mehul A. Desai and
the nephew of Dharti Desai. He has studied in India and in the USA, and is an electronics and telecommunications engineer by qualification. After graduation, Prithviraj spent
two years in the publication industry, which allowed him the much needed corporate exposure, after which he joined the family business. Because of his technical background
and his ability to learn quickly, he offers a completely new line of thinking to the MOS think tank. Along with a fresh perspective, he brings with him an innate sense of
"people management" and an ability to adapt to international and domestic work cultures. He travels extensively all over Europe and North America to bring back innovation
and vision to the Regency Group's next spurt of growth. This young man is an avid cricketer, loves to read books, and enjoys going for jogs in the park. A practitioner of
Judo in the past, Prithviraj has a special interest in various martial arts. He is currently pursuing a post graduate degree from the Indian School of Business (ISB).

Jayshri Gohil is an intrinsic part of MOS & as
Manager & Executive Assistant she provides very high level of support to the Directors & Senior team of MOS. The complete research and administration support for a new
client is handled by Jayshri. She also co-ordinates activities of various departments to ensure timely & accurate information flow within the organisation and to the clients.
She also assists the Directors of the group in planning, organising, scheduling of all their work & events. Her hard work, sincerity and dedication have come to become
a force majeur in the group and she continues to provide leadership and guidance to new recruits and other team members.
